These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mosaic Media, a product operated by Ace Creative Solutions LLC ("Mosaic Media", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Mosaic Media.
- If you are under 18, you may use the service only with permission of a parent or legal guardian.
- If you purchase a subscription, you represent that you are legally authorized to make that purchase.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@mosaicmedialibrary.com.
3. Permitted Use
Mosaic Media is provided for personal use to help you track and explore entertainment activity. You agree not to:
- use the service in violation of law or another party's rights;
- attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, or subscription checks;
- scrape or systematically extract data from the app without written permission;
- reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure; or
- upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or malicious content.
4. Your Content and Data
You retain responsibility for the content and data you submit, including library entries, notes, memories, ratings, onboarding preferences, support messages, and import data. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content to Mosaic Media.
5. AI, Metadata, and Recommendations
Mosaic Media may provide AI-assisted recommendations, title suggestions, taste matching, actor identification, or metadata enrichment. These features are informational tools only. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Mosaic Media offers optional paid plans, including Mosaic Media Pro and Mosaic Media Master. Pricing, benefits, and billing cadence are shown at checkout.
- Billing is handled by Stripe or another disclosed billing provider.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- You can manage or cancel your plan through the billing management flow made available in the app.
- Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
- We may change plan structure, features, or pricing prospectively.
7. Service Availability
The service may change over time. Features may be added, modified, paused, or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, respond to incidents, or apply rate limits where needed.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, or engage in abuse, fraud, or illegal conduct. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through support or available account tools.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mosaic Media is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ace Creative Solutions LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the use of Mosaic Media.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to Mosaic Media will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50 USD.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Indiana for disputes arising from these Terms or the service, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Related Policies
Your use of Mosaic Media is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Usage Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide notice through the app or by email.
